This Privacy Policy explains how student information is handled when you use ZAPZ Academy Prep.

Student information is used to create and manage student accounts, provide access to AI-powered learning features, process subscriptions, improve the school experience, provide support, prevent misuse, and maintain platform security.
3. AI-Powered Features
This school may use AI-powered features such as text chat, voice generation, AI teacher interactions, and lifelike teacher avatars. Student inputs may be processed by third-party AI or infrastructure providers only to provide the requested learning experience and platform functionality.
4. AI Model Training
Student inputs are not intentionally used by the school owner to train AI models. However, some AI features may be powered by third-party providers, and their own data processing terms may apply. The school owner should review the platform provider’s sub-processor and data processing information where required.
